Kitchen Metal Wall Art - Vintage Metal Signs - Kitchen Wall Art for the Retro look

If you are looking for kitchen wall art ideas, then check out these vintage metal signs, that will totally look retro and antique!

Put this on the wall, add a few mason jars full of flowers on the table and maybe and old school light or two and you would think you have entered a 50s diner.

✅For under 30 bucks you have some instant farmhouse wall art, or a funky retro kitchen wall.  This is tin and had be made to look authentic.  It is not heavy (1.5 lbs) and would simply hang as a picture would.  If you use those 3M hangers you won't even leave a hole mark.  (perfect for renters who can't make any marks).

✅Kitchen Wall Art

If you have some blank walls in your kitchen and you want to go for the retro look, then filling the walls with old vintage style metal signs is an awesome way to bring you back to a different time. Some of these signs are replicas of ones you would see at diners to invite you and on the walls. Check out Auctions and Thrift Stores for More Vintage Ideas

I am loving this mix and match way of decorating kitchens. It is cheaper and and easy way to put your stamp on the room without breaking the bank or any DIY Retro and vintage are in right now, and there is a huge demand for wall art.

I found a few things at a thrift store, but it took a lot of cleaning and many things were too far gone really.  Antique stores will charge a lot, I came across an old gas station sign and they wanted over 200 bucks for a rusty old full of cobweb sign.

So I decided to do some searching online and found these replicas.  They are an affordable option and still have that old vintage look I want.

✅ Decorating a Kitchen with Metal Wall Art

I was amazed at just how many retro signs I found on AMAZON. Many of them reminded me of signs I saw as a kid, since I grew up in the 60s! To complete the look you don't have to go nuts, just find old tin cans and paint them and put in some flowers or fake flowers, maybe add some old black and white photos on the walls too, and if you can maybe some stickers for your backsplash.

There are so many ways now to create the look you want and put your stamp on the kitchen or any room without spending a ton of money. Just by adding a few pieces here and there you can get such a fresh look.

You could freshen up any old wooden chairs with black and white paint to give that diner look, or go more for a farmhouse kitchen idea. If you don't want anything permanent because you are renting or just don't want any "deconstruction" or mess, then check out things like back splash stickers.

These will peel and stick right over your present back splash. Here is a page of them. CLICK HERE TO SEE then have some fun.

✅Removable Wall Mural

you have a wall that has seen better days in your kitchen and you are all about the 50s/60s diner styling, you could simply cover the wall with a totally removable peel and stick mural and change the room instantly!

Put this on one wall and some tin signs on the other walls, and you are back in time in a flash.

If you have read any of my posts, you will see that I am always on the look out for ways to make life easier, fun and no stress on the wallet. It is not always easy to put your stamp or make your mark on your home or life, but there are affordable ways to help.
